DRAX COSPLAY

Alex Drachnik (22), also known as "Drax", is a Southern California Cosplayer. She started making her own costumes in high school for Halloween and her female Thor costume became a huge hit. Drax attended her first Comic Con in 2013 dressed as Calvin and Hobbes (she was Hobbes). In 2014, she showed up to Comic Con as "Aquamam" for the first time and the costume was a huge hit. She was featured on a website for "The best gender bender costumes", featured in Sneaky Zebra's "SDCC Cosplay Music Video 2014" and featured on dozens of other websites and social media. 

In 2015, she went to Comic Con dressed as a female Hades and ended up on a few websites. For the rest of the con, Drax brought back "Aquamam" with a few adjustments and the costume became more popular than 2014. Drax was featured in her own video for the San Diego Union Tribune and featured on multiple websites. Because of Comic Con 2015 and multiple suggestions, her costumes needed a place to be shown and that's how "Drax Cosplay" was created.
